The staff, Darryl, Rhea and Nathan have been super nice and friendly. They had helped us out when we made a mistake to do our checkout to soon and they were able to adjust the date so we didn't have to pay a lot just for a few extra hours before or flight. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay here in Singapore. The best part for me is that I have medication that needs to be refrigerated and they were able to help me out to keep my meds cool while I was here visiting.

I stayed staycation one night at Hotel 81 Fuji, Room 601, from 17-18 April 2023. When I start entering to room I got moldy smell from the bed. Anyhow, we believed that this hotel is SG Clean certified hotel so they might be clean the room properly. After we checked out from hotel, diaper rash are appeared in my skin throughout my body arms, legs and back side. This infection happend not only to me but also my partner. Now, we are taking treatment from Dermatologist. It's clearly showing that your hotel is very weak in hygiene. This is how you guys are welcome your customer. I really disappointment with this bad exeperience. My skin is still rashing when I am writing this review.

My friend just booked a room here & the standards of hygiene are appalling! The room had dirt, dust & cobwebs. The bathroom was filthy & the room smelled of smoke & other pungent odours! Can’t believe one has to pay for such disgusting accommodation.

Hotel 81 is always affordable for all. I love the bed, it's so comfy and pillow so fluffy and soft. The room is spacious. I love the TV that have YouTube with it. I always turn on YouTube and listen to trance while I sip away my champagne. Its such a refreshing experience which I never had with other hotels.

Horrible, Cob Web, Dirty Floor, Pungent smell is the price you paid for

Book a Daycation as it was close proximity to my work place incase i need to return to work. Was given a room that is full of cob web at every corner, floor was super dirty hair all over plus dust like it's not been swept fr months. Toilet with bath tub and it just looks disgusting to shower in moreover soak. Toilet floor super dirty. Overall cleanliness is no words to describe, worse than nightmare. Not first time to book Daycation here. Everytime there's surprises like this in each of our stay. The only thing making me come back is near my workplace and hawker center. I even asked the counter staff to go up and see the room himself. No reply from him. What they can think of is money and time. It's ok to pay an extra hour so long it's essential and not sparkling clean but atleast clean enough to have a good rest. I'm not even asking for a room waiver but a 10mins count is money to them. So, think twice if you are ready to sleep in a dusty filthy room or else there's other hotels along the corridor which as of the same price and much cleaner. After we are shifted to another room still the floor is dusty and dirty. We need to do our own sweeping in order to have a good rest and feel comfortable atleast to walk bare foot in the room. Atleast this other room there's no cob web on it's corner. Very disappointed,
